1. Who we are

FX-ULTRA is an independent online project for traders, providing trading signals, educational content, the FX-ULTRA MAX trading bot, indicators and other tools for working on the FX market. We are not a broker and we do not accept client funds to our own accounts.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the minimum amount of data needed to operate the website and services:

2.1. Account data

  • Email address and password (or login data via third-party services such as Google).
  • Name or nickname, if you provide it voluntarily.
  • Selected interface language and basic profile settings.

2.2. Technical and log data

  • IP address, browser and device information.
  • Pages you visit on the site, and the date and time of your requests.
  • Information used to determine your approximate location (for example, country), including data from third-party geolocation services, so that we can show the correct affiliate links to our broker partner.

2.3. Service usage data

  • Information about which sections and tools you use (signals, bot, indicators, etc.).
  • Technical information about integration with your trading account (account ID, account type and so on), without MetaTrader passwords and without access to your funds.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in order to:

  • maintain your session and keep you signed in to your account;
  • remember your chosen language and basic settings;
  • analyze site usage in aggregate form to improve our service.

You can limit or disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site (such as logging in) may not work properly.

5. Affiliate links and brokers

FX-ULTRA cooperates with a trusted broker partner (including FXPRO). When you click an affiliate link on our website, you are redirected to the broker’s website, which is governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service.

We do not see or store your trading terminal passwords, we do not accept deposits and we do not manage withdrawals. The broker may share aggregated statistics with us about affiliate registrations and account activity, but without giving us access to your payment data.

6. Legal bases for processing

Depending on your region, the processing of personal data may be based on:

  • contract — when processing is necessary to provide you with the service;
  • consent — for example, for newsletters or certain cookies;
  • legitimate interests — such as improving the service, preventing abuse and ensuring security.

7. Sharing data with third parties
