Chaos Pinocchio (H1)

H1 pattern method using Bill Williams Chaos context with the Pinocchio bar; rules, risk and examples with original screenshot placement.

Chaos Pinocchio (H1)

A pattern‑driven H1 method that blends the Bill Williams Chaos toolkit with the classic Pinocchio bar concept. We hunt for false‑break wicks that align with structure and Chaos filters.

Tools & settings

  • Alligator (optional) for structure context; Fractals to mark swings.
  • Pinocchio bar (long nose wick against the move) as the core signal.
  • Optional: ATR(14, H1) for stop sizing; session markers for timing.

Idea

The Pinocchio candle tests liquidity beyond a level and rejects it. When this aligns with Chaos context (e.g., fractal cluster, Alligator compression/expansion), probability improves.

Long setup

  1. A bearish Pinocchio forms at support (long lower wick, small body closing back above level).
  2. Chaos context supportive (fresh bullish fractal, Alligator jaws compressing or turning). Trigger: buy on confirm close or a quick retest‑hold of the level/wick mid.
