Daily & Weekly Pivots - Universal
A universal plan that uses Daily and Weekly Pivot levels as a map for location, entries and exits across sessions.
Tools & settings
- Pivots: classic formula with R1 R2 R3 and S1 S2 S3 plus the central pivot.
- Optional: EMA20-EMA50 for bias; ATR(14) to size stops and avoid compressed days.
- Session separators and HTF zones to avoid trading in the middle of nowhere.
Idea
Price often rotates around the central pivot and reacts at S1-R1 bands. We only act on confluence: pivot level plus structure plus candle confirmation.
Long setup
- Bias up or reclaim of central pivot after a failed breakdown.
- Entry from S1 or central pivot with a full-body close up or a retest that holds. Trigger: confirm close or limit on shallow pullback above the level.
