Market idea

Wait for tight consolidation, then exploit the first real expansion bar with follow‑through. Avoid mid‑range chop and post‑news whipsaws.

Long setup

1. Price rides above EMA50; EMA20 > EMA50.
2. A compact base of 5–15 candles forms; wicks compress. Trigger: buy on a bullish break‑and‑hold above the base or on a swift retest that holds.

Short setup

1. Price trends below EMA50; EMA20 < EMA50.
2. A tight base forms under resistance. Trigger: sell on bearish break‑and‑hold or a failed retest into the base.
